Did You Know That You Can Send Mass Emails From Outlook Now?

Posted on 04:36 by Unknown

In this time, mass emailing is a very important feature, especially in an office where this will help an administrator or team leader to pass important information to all the employees with a single click. This feature in the Outlook Express will save time and the administrator or leader can effectively communicate with a group of people under him or her. There are other mass emailing programs available in the tech market right now, but unfortunately, none of them are top class nor are they exactly user-friendly. However, it's in fact simple and affordable to have the enhanced Microsoft Outlook Express which can now send bulk and mass emails. The Outlook tech support team has now modified the current Outlook Express according to user preferences to stay up-to-date with the current trend of mass mailing. It will get even better when you realize that you can send email to numerous recipients as the Outlook Express does not have a limit on the number of emails you can send. Tag along the following instructions to get this done.
Instructions
• Launch the Outlook Express program from the startup menu and navigate towards the "Contacts" to setup a new group by tagging on the "Create New Contact Group"
• Now just give a name to the new contact group as per your desire; just make sure that it's a name that is easy to identify while sending a mass or bulk email.
• Hit on the "Create New Contact" to tag the contacts that you wish to add to the new contact group. The overall process is going to be pretty arduous as you will have to move the contacts individually in to the contact group, but once it's done then it's going to cut down the effort and time spent by an administrator in mailing a group, significantly.
• All you have to do now is to create a message and enter the email addresses of the recipients into the tab "To" or "BCC" fields.
• Just trigger the "Send" and you are done.
Outlook Express doesn’t keep a cap on number of emails sent. However, certain mail providers won’t allow users to send mass emails. In such situations, the Outlook tech support crew can help you out. Just drop a line in their support panel.
